This a resin sculpture that was past down from one generation to another.

In the two houses that it has resided in, each women's personal style could not be more different.... The first owner commissioned it to be painted plain white, white washing over its painted faux patina, its individuality, and its charm.

Several years after it arrives to its new home, after there's no fear of mother being upset that her prized sculpture is going to be altered, I have been asked to do my magic and restore it to its former glory.
